01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the zz888 Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zz888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending balances arising from fraudulent activity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any authentication credentials associated with your zz888 account. You agree to:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zz888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zz888 does not apply currency conversion fees; the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts are set by zz888 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers are subject to processing times determined by the respective financial institution.
• zz888 does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC or security verification checks.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings.
• zz888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

zz888 may offer bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus credit expires upon the stated deadline.
• Each user is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome offer multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• zz888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their specified wagering use.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of bots — will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

06 Betting, Gaming Rules & Payouts

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

zz888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its discretion, including where: the Platform suspects match-fixing or corrupt activity; a technical error has caused incorrect odds or game outcomes; or the bet falls outside the Platform's normal operating parameters. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting and gaming products. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting market and may be adjusted by zz888 without notice. zz888 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits at its discretion.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, or payout, the decision of zz888 management shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process. Users must raise disputes within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. 6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server outages, network interruptions, software errors, or third-party provider failures — zz888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. zz888 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct or indirect result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

07 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the zz888 Platform:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating any person or entity during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, exploit promotions, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to any sporting event available for betting on the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or other multi-player gaming environment.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform using any means intended to conceal your true identity or location, in violation of these Terms.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your zz888 account to any third party.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to zz888 without express written permission.

08 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to: reproduce or copy any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use any zz888 branding or trade marks for any purpose without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zz888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, or your inability to access or use the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, zz888's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the zz888 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12 Account Suspension & Termination

zz888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring account closure.

Upon termination for cause, zz888 may void all pending bets and bonus balances. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any fraudulently obtained winnings) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

zz888 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice via email to registered account holders and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
